a little positive result. Here are a few tips to avoid jet lag.

travel. Take your carry bag and hold it as close to your body as
you possibly can; and yes, do it at a ninety-degree angle. A few
bicep curls also keeps you fit. You may balance the bag on your
ankles and do a few leg lifts if possible. You can also try a
simple walk around the cabin, which might be difficult, but if
done, it should help you stretch your legs during the journey.
Lastly, stretch each muscle of your body any way. But always
remember one important thing that you should try your exercises
without giving any trouble to your co- passengers.
